School Information, Policies, and Entrance Requirements
 
 
Enrollment Application Process:
To enroll at the American Academy Of Hypnosis, you will need an enrollment form, proof of high school diploma or GED completion, and a deposit of $100.00 for each course you will be attending. The deposit will be credited toward class tuition and is due fifteen days prior to the course starting date. The balance of the tuition is due the first day of class. Deposits are refunded until two weeks before the class begins. See the Enrollment Application page for more information.

 

 

Diplomas and Certification:
Diplomas are approved by the State of Nevada Department of Education, Commission of Postsecondary Education. All graduates of AAH are eligible to take an internship and become registered and certified by the World Board of Hypnotherapy.

 

 

Credit for Prior Hypnosis Education:
Credit may be issued if the school you attended was state approved. The Academy will review the school curriculum and credentials, plus the student's record. If deemed to meet the AAH standards, credit may be issued for the Basic Hypnosis Course only. Students may be required to take the Academy's weekend Basic Hypnotherapy review course before enrolling in the Master Level Course.

 

 

Tuition Charges:
Tuition for courses are listed in the course catalog and on the enrollment form. They are charged on a per cost basis.

 

 

Attendance:
Students must attend all classroom lectures to qualify for a diploma. Make up classes are at the discretion of the director.

 

 

Faculty:

All courses in Nevada are taught by either the director Anthony F. Totero, Sr., Master Hypnotherapists or by his professional staff who are board certified instructors. All classes are supervised by Anthony F. Totero, Sr., Master, Director.

 

 

Graduation Ceremony:
Graduates will be recognized at a graduation ceremony held upon the completion of each course.
